IF YOU DON’T SEE AVAILABILITY ON LINE – CALL US- WE MAY HAVE TIME AVAILABLE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE OPEN ONLINE
We recommend calling for immediate availability, in the summer months we have a one hour buffer winter/a 2 hour buffer – booking window is up to 60 days ahead- anything sooner or later then that will have to called in .

Booking on line is fairly easy – you will need to book each appt separately . Please be sure to leave us any notes on anything we need to know –
You will be asked for a credit card to secure your appointment and will not be charged AT THE TIME OF BOOKING you may use that card to pay after your service You will also receive a reminder call or text 24 hours prior to your appointment time- That is the time to review and make sure you are clear on when your appt time is and what treatment you have signed up for
Because of the small nature of our clinic we charge 100% of your treatment(s) if you are a no show or a late min cancellation – please honor our time by being sure you can commit to your appt.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY-
We sell them in person at the spa and online. We give 1 year to use your gift – $$$ may be used staying at our retreat, products, and of course our spa. We then extend the expiration date by 6 months to account for any mishaps after 18 months from date of issue all Gift Certificates are subject to a 35% reduction in $$$ amount but can be used for remainder of GC
Same day bookings will be charged in full at time of booking, you will receive an email verifying it

Note about our Receptionist/phone/ front desk
We are a small family run clinic /resort. We currently do not have a front desk assistant all day long we are however we are answering the phone and checking messages throughout the day we are here to help you with any questions you may have-
Please be patient.. we are not corporate we check messages between treatments – If you get a machine please leave us a detailed message – we check the phone in between every appointment, email as well. Write us at estesriverretreat@gmail.com
