OUR NEW PROCEDURES IN ORDER TO KEEP YOU SAFE

• WE ARE ALL FULLY VACCINATED AS OF 12/2023
• NEW CLIENTS Please arrive 10-15 min before your scheduled time
• We most likely will not have a front desk person to greet you
• UPDATE : 02/12/2022- LARIMER COUNTY MASK MANDATE FOR ALL INDOOR SPACES HAS BEEN DROPPED –
• ANYONE NEEDING US TO MASK UP WE WILL GLADLY  DO IT 
• MASKS WILL NOT  NEED TO BE WORN WHILE IN THE CLINIC OR DURING TREATMENT
• TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE – ANY CAUGHING OR SNEEZING BY ANY CLIENT WILL NEED TO PUT A MASK ON IMMEDIATLY
• Clients will have an email sent 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment times to become aware of our new office procedures. if you are not feeling well for any reason NOW is the time to cancel
• PLEASE be considerate as we are working with half staff and at a much slower pace then usual- our therapists count on you being there
• There will be ongoing COVID-19 education for all treatment team members and clients

• Heightened and ongoing disinfection of all areas between client visits is going to need time please be patient

• HEPA air filters with UV-C have been installed in each treatment room and will remain on during business hours
• UVC light will be used to sanitize the rooms in between clients
• Client appointments will be staggered to ensure that there is no one in the waiting room and to allow proper distance between other clients or treatment team members
• Requirement of treatment team member showing signs of illness to self-quarantine for 5 days or obtain negative COVID-19 test results before returning to the office
