Ravit Dallal Michener  -owner
LMT  C-NMT Wellness Coach, Ayurvedic practitioner

With a life long passion in natural health, Ravit began her 30 year journey at the Sarasota School of Massage and was state certified in 1988. She quickly realized she wanted more and continued on with St. John Neuromuscular Therapy to be certified as an advanced Neuromuscular therapist, eventually assisting with teaching in seminar format. After selling her well-established practice in Florida, she relocated to Colorado where she attended Colorado University in Pre-Med studies in order to further her knowledge. She opened Elements of Touch with her husband Monte and 2 other therapists in 1992. With her love for pain management and medical massage technique, she joined the medical staff at Timberline Medical and worked along side MD’s and DO’s for 8 years. Realizing that body work and exercise alone is not enough, she studied at the school of Integrative healing in Denver and became a state-certified Colorado wellness coach as well as a certified personal trainer and  pilates instructor in 2004. On-going classes in Ayurvedic healing modalities are her current passion after having studied at Rocky Mountain Yoga Ayurveda Institute and getting certified as an Ayurvedic practitioner in 2011.
She currently wellness coaches, takes private clients for advanced bodywork, teaches pilates for core strength, and provides rehab and injury prevention twice a week at RMHC in Estes Park. Ravit is also a freelance wellness writer contributing monthly to the Estes Park trail gazette wellness section and writes for a Colorado based wellness magazine called Get Well Live Well.

With her team of highly qualified, specially chosen therapists, Ravit is proud to offer treatments that have been celebrated and honored for thousands of years at the spa.

Ashley Till

After graduating from ATI in Dallas in 2011, Ashley relocated to beautiful Estes Park to join us here at Elements of Touch. Her extra training in prenatal, trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology, deep tissue, and injury massage allows her to meet any of our client’s needs. She is particularly passionate about working with people who suffer from chronic pain and acute injury, helping clients work with their body and breath to facilitate muscular relaxation, release maladaptive holding patterns, create balance, correct alignment, and induce overall positive change in the body. Her sunny disposition and attention to detail makes her a talented bodyworker. In her free time, she loves to rock climb, trail run, do yoga, and spend time with her dogs.

Adriana Greco

Adriana graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins in 2012 and has practiced massage therapy full-time ever since. Her specialty training in neuromuscular therapy, integrative bodywork, abiyanga, and pregnancy and prenatal massage allows her to provide a wide variety of clients with the specialized care they need to leave our spa feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She loves to work with clients with acute injuries or chronic pain, as well as doing more relaxation-minded treatments like hot rocks and more spiritual work, as she is trained in thetahealing. With her plentiful experience and commitment to high-quality bodywork, an appointment with Adriana ensures your needs will be expertly met.

Nadja Hradsky

Originally from Vienna, Austria, Nadja moved to the U.S. early in her life, eventually attending the Denver Integrative Massage School. After graduating and becoming licensed in 2013, she continued her education by completing 72 hours in medical massage-specific training, as well as studying Thai massage and intention work. She is inspired by the many-layered nature of massage. For Nadja, massage is about much more than physical work; she strives to imbue a nurturing, balancing energy into all the bodywork she does, ensuring that her clients leave the session not only feeling physically better, but spiritually and mentally as well.

Jess PhotoJess Stamper

Jess completed her massage and reflexology training at Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins in 2012. Her approach to healing starts with educating and bringing awareness to her clients about the stress patterns that occur in the body. She is passionate about facilitating change in her clients by helping them interrupt the patterns that lead to imbalance and pain. She specializes in Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy for TMJD, Whiplash, headaches and Scoliosis. Jess is originally from California, but has made Colorado home since 2007 where she enjoys spending time with her son and friends hiking, paddle boarding and camping.

Jen photoJenifer Fogarty

Jen as we lovingly call her has been at Elements for 4 years. Massage and healing touch has always been part of her life, from childhood pre-bedtime backrubs, family get-togethers, and amongst friends. About 20 years ago, she decided to make it official and go to massage therapy school while living in Chicago, and it has forever changed her life. Since then, she has been providing professional bodywork, continuing her education, helping others, and teaching students the art of massage therapy. Among her many specializations are craniosacral therapy, Ayurvedic techniques, Thai massage, Shiatsu massage, foot and hand reflexology, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and energy Work. Her youngest client was a newborn baby; her oldest was 97 in a hospice program that she offered volunteer massage services for. After all these years, she still loves what she does!
